China Ecological & Environmental Technology Transformation (hereinafter referred to as CEETT or the Platform) is organized and guided by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and developed and operated by the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. In order to ensure standardized and legal operation and provide convenient, comprehensive and stable services, CEETT hereby declares that: by using the Platform, you agree with this Disclaimer completely.

I. The scientific and technological achievements published by CEETT are mainly divided into two categories: environmental achievements on pollution control and management developed under the organization of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the scientific and technological achievements released after being evaluated by professional institutions according to standardized procedures.

As for the former, their accuracy, integrity and legitimacy shall be the responsibility of the entities making these achievements; as for the latter, the conclusions are subject to comprehensive evaluation by the expert group, which are advisory opinions for users' reference that do not guarantee or imply that the scientific and technological achievements show technical performance in complete accord with the evaluation results under other conditions, nor constitute authentication of enterprises and products involved. Those who apply the scientific and technological achievements shall follow the relevant national and local laws, regulations, standards and guidelines.

For all scientific and technological achievements published here, users shall, prior to use, make a detailed investigation on the application effects to determine the authenticity and applicability. CEETT will not be held liable for any losses suffered by users due to use of any achievements published here.

II. The copyright of the information on S&T achievements released by CEETT and materials involved (e.g. texts, pictures, logos, domain names, layout designs, column catalogues and names, etc.) belongs to CEETT or the creator(s). Without CEETT’s express written permission, no media, platforms or individuals may reproduce, link, repost, copy or publish the information in any other way.

III. The layout and appearance of the Platform are specially designed according to the content, and the copyright belongs to the Platform operator. Without CEETT’s authorization, the layout and appearance may not be copied or used in any way.

IV. CEETT shall not be liable for any damage caused by using other linked platforms or pages.

V. CEETT guarantees neither the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of information of each linked platform, nor the absolute accuracy and integrity of the materials published here. The contents or the technology and related information presented in these contents are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

VI. When users browse the Platform or participate in any activities here, CEETT may ask users for some personal information through registration forms or other means with their consent and confirmation in order to ensure user service. The above personal information may not be used for other purposes without their consent, except as permitted under national laws, local laws and government regulations.

VIII. Users agree that CEETT may request addition, correction or deletion of any information uploaded by users at any time. When the departments concerned require CEETT to disclose users' personal information according to legal procedures, CEETT shall do so according to their requirements. CEETT shall be exempt from liability incurred as a result of any disclosure under this circumstance.

IX. When users downloaded the information displayed on the Platform, they are not allowed to distribute, modify, disseminate, reuse, re-transmit or use any contents for any commercial purpose, without CEETT’s written authorization.

X. Users hereby agree that any information that users submit to CEETT can be used for reasonable purposes or used by authorized persons. CEETT respects the intellectual property rights of users. If you have any objections to the contents, please contact us through Online Consultant or by telephone, etc. CEETT will deal with the matter according to the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this Disclaimer, those which are applicable to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan are excluded).

XI. If the information published by CEETT involves any copyrighted content or other issues, please contact CEETT (Tel: 010-84665417, Fax: 010-84636349). If the creator refuses any reproduction by public statement or by letter, or charges any royalty for the reproduction, CEETT will immediately remove his works and stop reproduction.

 

Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment reserves all the rights to modify and interpret the Disclaimer. Where there are otherwise different provisions in national laws and regulations, such provisions shall apply.
